A Love token for Sickle cell warriors

 

PASCFI launches new Valentines initiative to support Sickle Cell patients in hospital admission and those in need of Tender Loving Care while on bed rest at home.

​

The initiative branded Cupid & Sickle Cell is a form of sharing a token of love through various forms of gift baskets with nutritional foods and daily required medication such as folic acid and multivitamins for many unable to access such requirements for one reason or another.

​

2021 saw the initiative reach over 500 patients in various parts of Africa led by teams from Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda and Chad.

​

The initiative is planned to cover a large population in 2022, as it works of accumulating and fundraising through 2020 to support many Sickle Cell patients in the African Origin.
